Message: Paid $230 k for North Rim

In Oct 2011, $230,000 was paid to someone for the North Rim property, a property that a news release was not issued and to what it contains. So, we have to assume that this is just a property that holds nothing until perhaps explored. In contrast to this property and the price paid, management is now trying to sell the Cueva Blanca property for a measly $100,000, when Cueva Blanca is the only property in the whole SLI portfolio that has a large estimated resource with easy to see value. At a recent rate of travel expenditure for the company, approx $7000 per day, this property may be sold for what equates to 13 days of travel, totally ridiculous!!

I consider the news release about this the other day as a threat to shareholders, and an example of "look what I can do".An injunction may have to be filed to prevent the sale of this property, adding to the amount of claim that may be brought against regulators in the future, for allowing her to continue as a director in SLI and acting not in the best interests of shareholders and the general market.

I also question Elemento for entering into an agreement where there is considerable upheaval in this company. Usually, a company will not enter in any agreements when another company is involved in litigation or a large package of disgruntled shareholders, as is the case with us. Lori and BOD are further dangering shareholders in this transaction and the decency and intentions of Elemento also comes to my mind at this time.

IMO
