There are people calling the exchange, etc,etc. May I suggest that everyone that calls or emails any authorities, to post it here and publicize what you are being told. The more public awareness of whats happening with us, the better. A shareholder just told me he was talking to the TSX and they wouldn,t answer some questions, and hung up on him. These types of things are important, and I repeat, document everything you do and keep records.

Aurthorities are trying to use the guise, that this has been settled in court. They are trying not to address the issue of 90% of the votes having no say and ridiculous legislation that enabled this injustice to happen. So, it appears they are happy with the way the court went, not recognizing our votes, and taking a technical way out, instead of addressing the main issue here. For that stance, I feel that certain authorities are condoning the fact that our voice was not heard, this is very disturbing, and should be a warning for anyone invested in these markets or have a pension invested in them.

Stay together here and fight for your rights, there is more going on behind the scenes, that doesn,t reach this board,yet.
