I just received a reply to an email that I sent to the "Elemento" that you are talking about Sculp. I asked them if they are the company that entered into the letter of agreement with SLI. Their response was no they aren't the same as they are out of Australia and the "Elemento S.A." named in the news release is out of South America....hence the S.A. after the company name.
