This morning I found a link to an enviromental assessment for the 'Chance' claim that I am assuming is an EIS (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) I can't find anything on it that shows any sort of proposed drill plan. I haven't had time to look for Tesoro, but if a drill program is part of the EIS, it certainly doesn't show on this one.
