Trenchy hole, I disagree with your statement about women running public companies.

Women are HUMAN BEINGS AND EQUAL. They are very capable of anything men are, and I believe it has been a shame that our history has suppressed them so. There are many great examples of great women, and perhaps a ratio exercise may reveal that womens capabilities on a percentage basis, outweighs the mans percentage? There wiil be bad apples at times, but it may not to be wise to judge all the apples on the appearance of one.
