Message: misrepresentation

So, the Judge agreed with Management and decided that the investors could not make a reasonable voting decision because of what were identified as misrepresentations in the circular.

So, the judge deemed it proper to allow Lori to throw away ~64 million votes because of this.

So, the investors that voted Green were cut off from having any imput in the court proceedings and perhaps it could be said that a biased decision was made because the shareholders had no chance of defending themselves in court and say, THEY WERE NOT MISLEAD. This decision was more or less made for us, so no rights were offered to us to DECIDE whether we were mislead or not. We had NO CHOICE, we were told by the law that we were mislead, the law made up the mind for 64 million votes, 91% of the votes. So therefore, we had NO RIGHTS, by not allowing any imput by shareholders into the proceedings, the decision was based upon limited evidence by the judge. By the judge not having an opinion from the majority involved, he more or less, and as an indirect result, established the mentality and intelligence of the INVESTORS as being incapable of making their own decisions, and decided for us. The Judge was well within the confines of the law to make the decision as he did, but he FAILED to recognize this crucial component as relevant and subsequentially DIDN,T exercise his power at effecting change of law that had great bearing on this case. By him focusing on the legalities of what happened, he didn,t help correct any problems with the current law and allows the current problem to exist unresolved, to perhaps only arise again. The Judge had a choice, had the power, he just decided not to use it. He allowed the law to take away the rights of the shareholders and the chance of showing that shareholders could decide for themselves, whether they felt mislead or not. Your rights are supposed to be GUARATEED in the Charter Of Rights, how are they GUARANTEED if one is unable to practise them? As I said before, this is not right and certainly NOT DEMOCRATIC.

I place no blame on the Judge in his decision and well understand he was well within the confines of the law in his decision. Its the confines that is the problem, and the Judge had the choice and power to step outside of these confines to help many in this case and many Canadians in future similar cases for the better good, in this case, he simply chose not to tackle that and agreed with a very small few as being correct and protected by a law.

Thousands of investors rights here were non existent and it was clearly shown how this was done and how the law can manipulate and twist any right away from you. By having no rights, it confines you to a system where you will always be taken advantage of by anyone that has the money and power to do so. The right to defend yourself is always restricted to the amount of money you have in this society, those with little money have limited rights, those with lots of money, have a lot of rights, where is the equality and freedom in such a society? You pay taxes to help monetize a system that is said to protect you and your rights by laws, but when laws are easily manipulated or you never get a chance to defend yourself equally and exercise your right, what exactly are you paying into? We pay our taxes to help pay for the politicians, the regulators, the judicial system, etc, we pay for that protection. We support our investment and help keep a treasury of our investment as high as we can, we pay for that treasury. Its very sad when we see no protection from the protectors that we paid and when our money that we paid to support our investment is used against us in legal proceedings, a double or perhaps even full whammy, if you will.

Not only the legal system seems a joke, but the whole societal system as well. How can any system protect us and respect our rights, when these very systems are corrupt themselves? Take a look at whats going on around the world, everyday you are seeing corruption being revealed involving politicians, judicial systems, financial institutions, regulatory agencies, protection services, etc etc etc,. When these systems fail us, we are forced to defend and stand up for ourselves and the security of our families and friends. Stand up here, my friends, as more wake up and join us in this battle for our rights. There are good people in this world and this is evident by seeing all the global corruption coming to the surface. Society looks bad, and one may be saying there is no hope, but look a little deeper and perhaps take a different perspective on what you see. A good society respectful of each person cannot exist with corruption within, it would never work, before a good society can be established, a cleansing of corruption from the old system is a must.

Stand strong and together as we have always done and we will win this, where there is hope, there is a way.

In closing, I don,t hold anything against the Judge or even management in anything that has happened, for they also are victims of a society. Its the matter of choice that one makes to what role they will play in this society, and these roles chosen by the above can change at anytime depending on their choice. If they chose that it is right for many rights to be non existent, that is their choice, it is simply not ours and we know this to be true because we feel it in our hearts, not our heads, where judgement can get clouded.

Stand strong in your faith and your beliefs, as we march forward together and equal.

I love you shareholders so much, and anyone that supports us, and that is the truth, not just some slur made up to annoy someone.

thank you

Rick
