I am perfectly capable of digesting the judges decision....

This was an incompetant legal excercise.

If they can't win with 91% of the shares, against the BOD of a penny stock.. how the heck would you play with the Newmonts and Barricks of the world.

I am sick of people telling me what to think, and assuming they represent all the shareholders.

No amount of money given to the greens would have won this case...unless you are suggesting replacing the greeens lawyer...or buying off the judge.
