Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I have read the decison and it seems pretty clear to me where we are at this point. This entire case was concerning ONLY two things which are stated in the judges decision within this statement.

[46]I will consider, first, whether the dissident circular contains material misrepresentations. I will then consider the petitioners’ claims of oppression

Keep in mind the conduct of Lori and the board in running SLI were not issues involved in this case. The issues were only "material misrepresentations" and "oppresion" as pertaining to only the petition and it's filing.
In my mind, this decision is pretty clear and the explanation of the judge is entirely reasonable.
However..
This decision does not appear to affect in any way, investigations by the BCSC, RCMP or any Agency that may be looking into the conduct of SLI and the legality of its actions over the many years of operation. If there are ongoing investigations by one or many of these types of agencies and any laws are found to be broken. I entirely expect any individuals responsible to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I am going on the assumption that while justice is often slow, eventually in most cases, if laws are found to be broken...they are eventually upheld by those required to do so.
