Message: Saturdays news release

So, Saturdays release says this, I bolded AND underlined 2 important sections;

Vancouver, B.C. June 15, 2013 St. Elias Mines Ltd. (SLI-TSX-V) (the "Company") has been notified by the Court that the reasons for the judgement with respect to the Petition ("Petition") filed in the B.C. Supreme Court (the "Court") on February 7, 2013 by Darcy Kim Hastman and Gilby Len Hastman, as Petitioners, against St. Elias Mines Ltd. et al, as Respondents will be delivered on Monday, June 17, 2013.

When the decision is delivered, the Company will provide a further update.

Investors anxiously watched the boards all day for the expected news to be delivered on Monday. So perhaps the decision has not been delivered yet? There are several speculative reasons that may explain why we havent got the news yet, but why go there? It is not gonna help or change anything and only add to frustration. Perhaps the silence is golden?

The time is upon us, but don,t worry, we can handle anything that comes, as we have in the past, and worry does not help or change anything. Its easy to say "don,t worry", but if you go within and take a look at "worry", ask yourself, "how does worry help any situation?" If anything, worry will add to any negative outcome in anything, and prevent one from seeing alternatives or another means to succeed after a negative event. If one succeeds in diminishing worry, one is able to think and see a bit more clearly and also can feel comfortable and elevated ahead of a situation, which enables them to better receive an unfavourable outcome and move on much quicker, by seeing the new choices that are presented. Don,t dwell on worry or negativity, sometimes it has a tendency to attract same.

By no means am I expecting an unfavourable outcome for the shareholders as a result of this decision. I have faith in the Judge, the morals and ethics involved in this complicated decision, to help it arrive at what is most fair and just. So I suggest, remain confident and positive, and perhaps patient, as we await a significant decision that may have repercussions on legislation and affect many aspects of our society now, or in the near future. No matter what way this turns out, its been one hell of a fight and this will become history. Have faith in your country, judicial system and regulatory protection, and if this fails, most importantly, have faith in yourself and all your fellow shareholder friends, because an unfavourable decision will change the lives and perspectives of not only 1000,s investors here, but across this country of ours as well.

We are in great times of change. Corruption is being revealed at an alarming rate all around this globe, and no facet of society is unscathed by this clean up. Sometimes bad has to happen, to allow and make room for better things, I believe we are and will be one of those better things and perhaps a foundation of strength that others can build from so that they are not taken advantage of and know how to exercise their personal rights. Our fate seemed to lie in the hands of one man, the Judge, and I believe he has made the right choice once all was considered. There are good people present amongst all the corruption, and I have faith that the Judge passing the decision, is one of these good people and will help affect the change needed in our society today from this perspective.

Thank you, retain your faith, for when one loses faith, they have nothing.
