Hello everyone, still following the story as it unfolds, wish you all well, you all surely deserve some good news.

IMO, no matter what the court decides with the petition, Lori is in a no win situation, even if she wins the fight she will surely loose the war, in the event that the court decides that the 2012 AGM was a botched vote, not even the highest court in the land can stop the shareholders from voting again, I thought that is what an AGM is for right!!! I don't quite understand what the legals are thinking, I suppose that there's more to this than I'll ever know, but, one thing you can all count on is that there will be another AGM, nobody can stop that...the result will be the same, I understand that the green team wants to get this done yesterday for obvious reasons, one thing I know for sure especially in this business that when a company is surrounded by controversy and uncertainty there's only one way to fix it, y'all know the answere to that one! Even if the present BOD remains in place, (slim chance says me) it won't be for long, with that said, I have not even the foggiest notion of what the present BOD hopes to gain from this, even if they continue to manage the store there'll be no business, the present BOD's time is up!
