When this case first started, wasn,t there initially 3 days set aside for the hearing, then didn,t it grow to 5? And now what looks like another day yet, perhaps Nanaimo was the only courtroom that was available at short notice? Time is of the extreme essence with this case whereas 1000,s of shareholders welfare may depend on the outcome, especially with Peru property renewals coming up for June 30th. The treasury must be severly depleted by now and time would be needed for the winner to raise funds immediately to save the welfare of investors and the company.

And the way the news reads, I believe its possible a preliminary result could be released that day, where they say conclusion. But would guess we wont know the outcome til a few days after.
