A link to the company profile...not sure if this guy is an officer or director, but again, strong ties to government. Is there something going on there that local authorities are aiding Harold Waller and company with? Remember, Harold is also Lima's contact for Energold Drillng. Looks like a strange web of activity going on there.

Just to clarify, I'm reading that list as a list of directors. I could be interpreting it wrongly. Eminasa (Harold Waller's consulting company contracted by St. Elias to handle our Peruvian operation), is also listed as GM of the company.
