Since things are so quiet I thought I'd post this.

Valley Wind Power Company Cited By NS Securities Commission

By MNN. Last updated: 2013-05-16 15:44:52

Greenwood-based Sou’Wester Wind Field Inc has run afoul of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission. The Commission slapped a temporary Cease Trade order against the company two weeks ago, giving it up until tomorrow to file continuous disclosure documents. But with the failure of the company to come up with the necessary paperwork, that order is now permanent, so no trading with the company is permitted. The company operates several wind power projects around the province, including 1 in the Windsor area, and 1 near Annapolis Royal. Attempts to reach the company’s Dartmouth head office by phone today were unsuccessful.
