I find it most interesting that under this Oath that lawyers must take in B.C., that they cannot promote suits upon frivolous pretences.

However, it appears pretty obvious to me that the conspiracy claim and defamation suit against others and I is just that, a frivolous suit. It is also very interesting to see that in a counter claim filed against this suit, that Lori and perhaps her lawyers call the counter suit frivolous. If they call the counter suit frivolous, is the counter suit not based on the supposedly legal content of her initial suit? LOL.

It is also pretty obvious that certain posters were singled out and named in the suit, whereas this could fall under legal equality. Where basher after basher was not named in this suit, in which they may have contributed to the sp decline, looks more like an act of vengence in the civil suit, which in turn, presents a lack of merit. It may also look like an attack on Agoracom as well, whereas the hub leaders have almost all been named on this site, perhaps as an attempt to destroy this forum?

I cannot honestly see the Civil Claim suit going anywheres itself.

As for the current oppression suit launched by the Green Team, they should not have even had to resort to this type of measure to retain justice for the shareholders. Our 91 % vote told the story, and it should have been recognized on the spot. It is not the shareholders fault that this had to go before a judge, and definitely should not have been a shareholder expense. It shows how little power the securities and exchange really have, yet they allow companies to trade that may not have adequate investor protection held within the business acts of their jurisdictions. Change is coming and corporate goverance is changing to a heightened level, one example of this may perhaps being Nova Gold amending their articles to be voted on at their upcoming shareholder meeting and trying to become more inline for the investor in a sort of democratic and rights perspective. And here is a quote from their front page in which I like, "And of course what other people are saying about the Company can often be just as informative as what we're saying about ourselves."
