Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I see our rights being honoured in this case and we can get on with stabilizing and building our company back up to a reasonable strength in the short term. I cannot see a Judge making an undemocratic decision and jeopardizing himself, the markets, the democratic system, the judicial system and the rights of the public interest. One of the major aspects that will effect and should compel the Judges decision in this case, is the protection of the public interest which is part of his Oath.
A friend today said that we may not hear the results of this hearing for a day or so after the hearing, whereas the judge will consider the testimony of both sides and make his decision. It is my opinion that we should not have to wait too long to hear the decision, considering the importance of this case and how it should be a cut and dried in respect to shareholders rights. This Judges decision will set a precident for future companies and how shareholders rights will and should be recognized. If his ruling is favourable for shareholders, it will most likely be used as a legal basis for many cases to follow in the near future.
We are in great time of change in this world where peoples rights are being recognized and justice is taken place in favour of the little individual, I don,t believe this case will be contrary to the present flow.
