In a recent incident, St Elias Mines has released my email address on their website within the restraining order against me. I have informed the CEO and her legal council of what I consider a breach of privacy and have it removed. I see the company website is down now and hopefully they are removing my personal information.

As many of you know, applications have been filed by the Plaintiffs to get the personal email addresses of posters here and have proceeded to get court orders to obtain this information from both Agoracom and Stockhouse. Any poster named on the "Notice of Civil Claim" should be emailing or PM,ing Agoracom or Stockhouse with their concerns, that Agoracom or Stockhouse should oppose this court order under the Privacy Act. The blatant reason for them to oppose the court order is because of the example that just happened to me. Agoracom did not give the Plaintiffs my email address as far as I know, but the careless use of my personal information may have and possibly may result in future damages to me. There is already evidence that my email address is being used by others.

Your email address is an important part of your personal information whereas it is used for many personal business and financial aspects. This is a serious issue and I advise you to not allow this to happen to you and take steps now to prevent your personal information from being released, before you may succumb to damages from careless use of your personal information.
