Message: Happy May Day!
Oh the tumultuous month of May is here. There is so much going on. Firstly Lori and Gilby will both be cross examined on their affidavits in support of or response to the Hastman's petition. Wonder who will come across as more credible? This should be already done or going on now. The Concerned Shareholders petition will be heard by the BC Supreme Court May 7 - 9. With Lori having been out voted, or should I say, voted OUT by a 10 to 1 margin, it should be a slam dunk. Bone up on Pender v. Lushington: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pender_v_Lushington The judge may reserve his decision to give him/herself some time to write the decision. Still I would think that interm orders would be issued effectively ending Lori's tenure. Also clearly the company will need recapitalization. I look forward to seeing that done shareholder friendly way. It's time to bring the dormant shareholders and posters on these pages back into the game. Have a great May everone.
