....that a judge has perhaps taken investors rights into consideration in granting this injunction for the shareholders of the company in this link. Its also good to see that these shareholders apparently took this to task with little or no legal council. They have suffered huge losses on paper of their investment, and it moves my heart to see they haven,t given up. A similar rights issue can be seen within the confines of what happened and I believe you will see more of this type of standing up for your rights in other companies as well. Statements are being made globally by the little guy and its so good when you see their rights being acknowledged by a judicial system.
