So, if this definition is true, then why would one sign anything for one side? Are they willing to sign for the other side?
Just a simple question, with I hope, the appropriate substance to post?

Once again, Primed, you say you are neutral. Well if so, answer my recently asked question, "If you are neutral, will you sign an affadavit for me". You are almost behaving like the IR guy...any questions you answer are hours after they are asked (almost as if you have to ask someone how to answer them) and the questions that you don't want to answer, you just ignore.
