As for this part of your post;

It was set up over a year ago, that I could be a liason between Lori and the shareholders, after the uprising and disgruntlement of shareholders in the summer/fall of 2011. As most of you know, we had I believe 2 phone conversations, Lori and I, shortly after that, then she would not answer her phone when I called after that. I had left her several messages, but then gave up, because she would not answer any. So, the direct communication was set up, but it was not me that severed that tie.

So, us shareholders tried hard to make everything work, as we still do today. And its sad when regulators or authorities do not recognize this amazing strength and loyalty of the shareholders of this company. All of you had done and still do the most noble thing as an investor, support your investment through thick and thin, and that is an amazing and very special thing that many more people will become aware of as time goes on. We will effect change and it will be recognized by many that may have never heard the name St Elias Mines.
