He's saying on SH that many of us consider the propaganda of the Mining Stock Report as the ST Elias "Bible". I recall how we all read in amazement and then immediately challenged it as over the top hype because of the writer's lack of credentials, unsubstantiated claims, as well as the fact that it was a paid ad by the company.

Now Primed has offered his sworn affadavit as testimony on Lori's behalf in her claims against the dissidents and a select number of posters. Yet in this very post, he's criticizing management...it was Lori and company that paid for that Primed!! Exactly what side of the fence are you on? Or do you even know?
