Message: request a different court jurisdiction?

The province location of the proposed court proceedings by Lori does not sit well with me. Its possible that rights by the defendents may be in jeopardy somehow. The B.C. judicial system,to my knowledge, as a result of research and numerous articles on the internet, does not seem to be the fairest for an individual or anyone opposing a corporation. There are people proclaiming what appears to be individual injustice by a B.C court or even all levels of the judicial system there, for that matter. If one takes the time, there is much information on this topic and it does have me at unease of expecting a fair trial for anyone in the B.C. courts. I say for anyone, because if you even see one that seems to not be fairly judged on, thats not a 100% guarantee for the next individual, and one does not know the outcome, until after the fact, when it is too late or a timely and costly process of appeal has to be set up. To avoid the risk of injustice in a court of that province, I believe there is a term known as "forum shopping", which may enable the defendant to move the case to another province, where the defendents chances of a fair trial may be increased as well as saving travelling expenses, among other reasons for this type of request.

In what was very important to the Green Team, the allowing of the other 2 directors to stand on our proxy, it appears that maybe that decision was not unbiasedly made. The circumstances that I know of, makes me question the judges decision and I wonder on his ability/jurisdiction, to even make a ruling on that sort of presentation. For our 91% vote to be thrown away, with apparently the BCSC and the levels of the B.C. judicial system not responding, suggests to me a high degree of favourtism towards the Corporation aspect as well which in our case could be labled biased.

So, in light of the above, perhaps it may be a good idea to move the case to a different province,( if there even is any court cases) as part of our rights and maybe reassurance that a fairer trial may be obtained, for all? Perhaps even getting any case moved to Alberta would help the defendants? As for me, if I ever have to go, I think I would exercise my right to have the case heard in Nova Scotia.

It just feels to me that the authorities in B.C. are taking Lori,s and the BOD side in all this, despite the blatant factual information we are providing. This is totally unfair to 91% of the votes, unfair to you as an individual, and unfair to the citizens of this country indirectly. Its not a just system when one has lack of trust for a system that is susposed to be fair and protect all in what is just and right.

There will be upcoming changes in Legislation for B.C., but where time is of the essence in our case, we cannot wait for things to change, we have to effect change. We should not have to wait for a court to decide on our circumstance, but its because of the inadequate design of the regulators and a dysfunctional system, that has left our welfare at the mercy of ones individual opinion or perspective, a judge. So, in reality, our future (1000,s of us)and welfare may rest in the hands of 1 arbitrator known as a judge. May the judge be a fair judge and not one that has been corrupted by greed and wealth.

I added a link for some to see the extent of corruption that HAS been in Canadian courts. I will make the statement here that things are changing though all the time for the better as the corruption gets cleaned out of the system. So by no means am I saying doom, its really the opposite, that our society is getting cleaned up tremendously and all here should look forward to seeing the justice they deserve in the near future. I mean, you all have documentation of several lies and misleading statements, among other questionable acts, no judge can pass off that type of character evidence, right?
