Looks like nothing happening in this company until the court issues are resolved. Was there not something happening this Tuesday? Anyone know if it will be a significant decision or not?

Would like to see this play out already.... looks like the CEO won't do anything to run this company, unless it is to run it into the ground spending company money fighting the majority of it's own share holders?
