It would be interesting to hear from Agoracom or Stockhouse, as it is apparent from the news release that the judgement was uncontested. This tells me that they had no representation there. I'm curious to find out if they even knew about the court date, and if they didn't know of it, how legit is this? One would think that if you are taken to court for something that you should be notified of it.
