The title; "Lawsuits are won by the people with the deepest pockets in many cases!", says a lot.

We are at a point in time where the funds in the treasury of SLI must be getting pretty low. Also, I would assume that Lori and friends purses must be getting low as well. And, with all the uncertainties in the global financial system, I believe any backer of a large sum would be next to impossible for the current management to find, to help support frivilous cases that clearly are not beatable by the current BOD, regardless of how big a find this may be.Because of the weak assays presented to the markets in the recent past, no backer can reasonably or rationally stick their neck out here and justify backing such a futile law suit by the current BOD.

To further, the ridiculous claim by the current BOD that a conspiracy was organized against the company, holds no merit. There is a procedure to be followed when shareholders become disgruntled with current management, and this legal course was followed. We didn,t write the laws, and if it looks like a conspiracy in the current BOD,s eyes, don,t blame the shareholders. And I might add, that even under normal circumstance, the laws make it extremely hard for shareholders to voice their opinions where the scales are always tipped in the corporations favour. Where the laws are set up this very way, it enables corruption to grow and the corrupt to take advantage of innocent shareholders, with little protection. But, our case is different, because shareholders couldn,t be divided and conquered and forced into submission. Everyone of you shareholders should be very elevated by the constant strength you have shown and continue to do today.

You see, as far as I know, very little selling of the 91% vote has occured. This would leave any proposed backer knowing that it would be futile to back or invest in current managment, for the simplicity of knowing that the current BOD do not have control of this company, nor should they, when the shareholders have spoken with such an overwhelming voice. It appears that very little shares are left in the hands of the BOD, not that they had very many anyhow, and according to the lavish lifestyle of our CEO, her personal account should be very low as well, whereas she was selling continuously as the stock fell and fell.

Now we have already witnessed blatant lies being ignored, would ignoring a 91% vote by any regulator or judge be democratic and representative of this country? I mean c,mon, how far will this ludicracy go, before everything comes tumbling down around those that have ignored us in the past? Not very long, I believe. We have won, and its merely a short matter of time that this will be revealed. If it is any other than that, then we can save our money for a few years, pool it all up, and launch massive suits against all responsible and accountable for these crimes of injustice against us shareholders only defensively fighting for whats right and our rights. So you see, either way we will win, and we will win because its just and right. In light of all the corruption being revealed in the world, this injustice will not be able to exist in the near future, the system cannot support nor uphold such an injustice in the system. People all over the world at this very moment are sick and disgusted with all the crime that has infiltrated every aspect of society and will no longer allow it to happen.

Stand your ground here and remain strong and proud of what you are representing in this present time. Know that there is huge hope, because of some of the things I have alluded to, and there can be no other way. If it must take us throwing more money in the pot for now, then thats what we must do, or allow injustice to continue to be endured by our children, and risk our own futures. This is the stand and the quickest way. You all know or feel by now whats in the ground there based on previous facts, and these facts must be true, or you would not have so many mines in the area nor Peru boasting of its riches in the general areas of our 3 Peruvian properties.

Let your voice be heard, and yes, especially on this Agoracom forum. Do not let the threat of some frivilous law suit take that from you, show your support to the world and your fellow shareholders. This is a time to stand tall and voice your opinion against the many injustices you are being served here, help make a difference now and for the others that may be relying on us to help them with their protection of their investments, and for the little guys futures.
