When asked near the end, around the 3:55 minute mark, "are you mining to full capacity right now?", she says "as far as we can right now" or close to that. Well, when I think of us being allowed, as far as I know, not confirmed officially yet, 350 tons of material to be removed daily, is she saying that we are/were mining to full capacity?
