Lori knew of something going on with the Carmi Property because she alluded to it in her March 2012 Calgary meeting, 3 months before the lapse of the claims. She must have been forwarned, because she said we may be getting it all back or part of, if I recall the tape recording correctly. Why we didn,t get it, and someone close to SLI did, taken it out of the shareholders hands, leaves many questions by me. That would appear as decreasing value to SLI, not increasing value to SLI, another contradiction to acceptable behaviour, imo.

I have been told that the property was taken up almost immediately by several prospector/interests the day it came due, suggesting that many knew it was not going to be renewed or just lucked out. I believe Hi Ho still owns around 47% of the original property, but it is totally unclear how much SLI owns anymore, whereas there has been no release on any particulars only a short vague note in the financials. Another withholding of perhaps material information violation as well as a timely disclosure breach of the TSX Policy?

I am totally awestruck with how this woman gets away with all this stuff and the inaction by the regulators.
