I recently discussed this with Gil, and I understood him to say that it is only him and Darcy that shouldn't go to Peru. Their legal counsil advised that at this time, with the position they are in, that it should not be considered. I may be wrong, but I'm positive he didn't mean that anyone else couldn't go.
