A quick suggestion, anyone sending letters, send them directly to as many different compliance officers at the BCSC and TSX. Record and file all letters sent and to whom and any, responses returned back, no matter if they try to pass the buck or not. So, send to ALL, there must be someone working at these regulators that have a conscience for what is right and just.
