As more and more digging goes on and a review of past evidence, red flags are now popping up with the regulators , imo. With substantial evidence in hand of what appear to be blatant violations, and no apparent action by the regulators over a course of time, becomes suspicious. The investegators have all the tools at their disposal, it should not be up to shareholders to lay everything in front of them on a silver platter. The suspicious trading was asked to be looked at by IIROC more than once in the last year. IIROC has access to everything, including the institutions data vaults where all trades and transactions are recorded as well as the depository services in Canada and the U.S. Even though some may think that off shore accounts cannot be traced, this is not true, there are paper trails that investigators can follow right to the owners, records have to be kept, if there is no records, then that alone suggests criminal activity, for if someone had nothing to hide, there would be no use in making records disappear. So there is no excuse by any regulator saying they cannot trace things, every transaction on this earth can be traced, even a cash transaction if worked upon.

Perhaps the regulators are dilligently investigating, which takes time, as sometimes an investigation leads to more and more new connected investigations? But time, IMO, we do not have much of, and my grave concerns are with all the shareholders of this company and the current risk level. A legal vote was done and this would have corrected our situation and still can at a moments notice, I hope the regulators keep this in mind and save SLI shareholders instead of passing the buck to a court to decide.It is a legal voice, said and done, no one has the right to tell a person that they voted wrong or that their vote doesn,t count. You don,t need a judge or court to rule on a democracy, its ludicrous! It should also be the regulators to get this in court as soon as possible if they need a decision on this, for it not only affects SLI shareholders, it affects all Canadians.

I believe the time may be nigh to join forces with as many investor groups as we can and take this to the streets, revealing the injustice and the dysfunction of the regulators and the governing political levels. The only protection that is apparent in these markets, is for the crooks and wealthy, and these are mostly the very ones that cause the problems because of the greed, they are that greedy, that they have to get your last dollar, they just got to have it, or they are not satisfied.

I am most likely bankrupt at this time, but I will not sell a share! I am living in a 30 year old equivalent to a cardboard box, always supported this company above and beyond, and here is the CEO of this very company launching a claim to sue me for damages. C,mon, this is totally ridiculous, and any regulators and government elects that are turning blind eyes on whats happening to all SLI shareholders here are pathetic and spineless. For the head BCSC chair to receive over $600k a year, when only $300k out of $57 million of fines was retrieved is proposterous! No wonder the crimes to humanity are seen everywhere in the world, they are blatantly showing that crime pays! Its sad to pay taxes so that politicians can get paid, when they won,t even step up to the plate to help fellow Canadians here in time of need. Pass the buck, collect their pays and go with the continuous flow of watching the people that elected them, getting robbed and taking advantage of.

My God, there must be one good politician or regulator personelle that would step up to the plate here and do what is right? I really feel that there is more than one that can step up, they just have to find their courage and dont be afraid. They don,t understand, that at this very moment, all their futures are in jeopardy, and that by doing the right thing, will add them also some security, they are not only doing it for us, but for themselves and their families also.

Sue me if you like, I have a few dollars of cash left to buy food out of, I hope you enjoy taking the food out of my mouth and may it make your stomach full. You can take away my food, but you will NEVER take away my voice. Its not your fault, when a court is needed to think for someone to tell them what is right or wrong, it shows how that one has no mind of their own and its controlled, there is no freedom nor security. Each becomes slaves to those who take advantage of them and offer false protection. I think of the slave trade a few centuries back, where boatload after boatload of Africans were taken from their homes and put all over the world to become slaves for someone else, I feel now what they felt.
