I have been dealing with another publicly trading co. that its head office is in Navada. The SEC's ears perk up when the figures are above $5,000,000. Thats all I know I don't pay much attention but the people I was dealing with said that was the pay attention point. Later the FBI take notice. Oh and they work out of Langley and Oh they are in hearings this week in Calgary thanks to the Alberta Securities comm.
