Message: Candente Copper and us

I see Candente Copper has news out today. They own the property partially adjoining our Cueva Blanca property in Peru. They have a large copper resource already defined and are now drilling to expand that resource partially towards our adjoining property border.

I see where Candente has not stopped drilling, means that the public unrest that was mentioned before must be getting ironed out, which should be good for our Cueva Blanca also.Lori had stated in a recent release that one of the reasons for IGD dropping the Cueva Blanca, was because of complications in dealing with locals, or something to that effect.

Candentes news today shows that as they get closer to our border, their resource is continuing. My beliefs are that this same type of mineralization, but possibly with higher gold grades, extend or is part of our Cueva Blanca. At least the geological components appear to be present on our property.

I see that Joey Freeze, a lady, has remarkably drilled 5 holes, assayed the entire core, released all results to their shareholders, of which 3 holes were over 500m deep, in just over 2 months. They will be drilling closer to our border as time progresses this spring/summer, and its interesting to see in their release that they expect and have identified anomalies closer to our border in a southerly direction. I would also like to note their identification method of the copper mineralization, which is chargeability anomalies. I often think about the high chargeability anomalies we have on the Tesoro, and the historic copper grades showing up, yet no ICP analysis of any of the drill cores, nor no testing publicly released.

An excerpt from their release today;

"In addition, a recently completed Induced Polarization (IP) survey over the entire Cañariaco Sur area and surroundings indicates that mineralization encountered at Cañariaco Sur is part of a broad >25 millivolt/volt (mV/V) chargeability anomaly. This chargeability anomaly extends for at least 5 kilometres (km), from Cañariaco Norte in the north, southwest through Cañariaco Sur and further southwest to the Quebrada Verde prospect and indicates potential for the discovery of additional mineralized centres. Limited soil geochemistry from a 2008 sampling survey also outlines mineralization known to date at Cañariaco Sur as well as the potential to extend mineralization to the east and west of current drilling."
