Here is an excerpt from a Dynacor release showing the granodiorite mineralized as well as one other alteration. The andesite dykes as well as pegmatic intrusion/s are also mineralised with gold on the Tesoro This is along strike with the Tesoro, partially displaced by a fault/s or fracture, but consistent with Tesoro historic sampling. We have shear zones of disseminated gold on the Tesoro up to ~ 45m WIDE or so. I believe the grades of the shear zones from Dynacor were mentioned to be up to 3 gt across widths of around 4m.
(Gold mineralisation is generally associated to pyrite in quartz
veins or is closely associated to these veins. Gold
mineralisation may also occur in the absence of quartz veins and
is, in this case, associated to pyrite found in silicified shear
zones and quartz vein-host rock (granodiorite).)
