As far as I know, all properties in Peru, the Cueva Blanca, Vilcoro and Tesoro, are all in good standing. These properties should be good til JUNE 30TH OF THIS YEAR, at which time, the annual fees are to be paid to the Government there for renewal. There is a clause, that may say also, that if one year is missed, you must pay it in the second year. So, I believe we have considerable room on that issue and we should not be concerned with losing any Peruvian assets at this time, again to my knowledge. As for the B.C. properties, don,t ask me that question yet, because I haven,t checked the rules for B.C. yet.
