Well Lefty, even though it may not look like it, everything happening now with the company is most likely in the shareholders favour. The longer this drags on, the more that become accountable. We are already past the point where there is reasonable cause to go after the regulators legally, and the longer the regulators are to act, the judicial and political levels of our government become more vulnerable as well to legal action. This $200 million erased from a market cap is no pocket change, and it does raise a lot of eyebrows. Its not only this present $200 million that has been decreased from our market cap, its going forward here, should all of our shareholders lose the Tesoro property and its found out in 2 years time that it is the hugest gold find in history, worth billions of dollars, a law suit can be taken up at that time for a considerable lot more of monetary damage. We have substantial evidence at this point in time to show how we continuously contacted the regulators with grave concerns about our investment and their inaction to this date. A depletion of the treasury has been stated as a grave concern, so it is documented that shareholders did the responsible thing and alerted the regulators to avoid a very costly outcome to 1000,s of investors plus employees of the company. We also did this under the fact that numerous regulators plainly state that the protection of investors is one of their main importances.

Should this proceed with a civil lawsuit being launched against the regulators, to perhaps the magnitude mentioned above, the restitution upon a win by us, would require the billions, if it was shown the Tesoro was huge, to be paid to us by the Canadian tax payers. This is how this whole thing may possibly involve all Canadians in the future, and should not be a risk the government will take. For anyone thinking my suggestion is proposterous, look at all the events happening daily, do a little online search on corruption, accountability, crime, etc, look how the papers and media is full of corrupt people being brought before justice. Look at the sentence increases, look at the post I put on the off topic forum here last night, bout 4 Iranian bankers being given execution sentences for their crimes against losing investors money or such. Globally, common people are sick of advantage being taken of them, as the rich were getting richer and more brazing in their robbing schemes of the little guy. The pivot point for change, happened long ago, a few years back. People may think that the world is getting worse, but they fail to realize, its getting better. Before a world can get better, all the crime has to be brought to the surface to be dealt with and cleaned up, the world cannot get better with this kind of baggage remaining in the picture and which could come back later to infect again. So, having said that, you see politicians, bankers, banks, mafia, etc,etc, etc being exposed with greater sentences and more drastic deterents being put in place. The world has no choice but to continue this clean up, the global majority population is at extreme unrest, and if there is to be any salvation of our social structure on this planet, this huge unrest cannot be ignored, and thats why you are constantly seeing this cleanup. Things have to change, and we are in the middle of that change on this Earth.
