It would be unlikely that a judge would slice and dice so finely...more likely if the judge felt AG was allowing criminal activities on its boards it would force AG to close the SLI board down....afterall it is AG that moderates its own boards and appoints the volunteer moderators to those boards.

I do agree that moderation is often arbitrary and doesn't always seem fair...and that is true of any of the millions of forums on the net...but that doesn't make the actions illegal...only possibly unfair
