It really is ludicrous that supporters of the company be named in a suit while non supporters and bashers are not noticed. C,mon Lori, call out that stock house crowd and get them into court, lets get this all nice and cleared up. Why are you spending money on these law suits anyway at this particular time,when you havent in the past? Your playing in the courts is not in the best interests of shareholders. It appears to me that you may have defamed yourself, and after you may have did this, you may be looking for someone to blame.

Maybe you seem to forget how I stuck up for you and was probably one of the last that threw in the towel on you. I gave you every benefit of the doubt to the very last minute, and perhaps without me, you would not have been able to sell an awful lot of shares at the prices in which you did on the stock price decline, perhaps they would have been much lower. Perhaps you forget how I stayed on this forum for 4 1/2 days trying to help save this company for you when it was looking like a tree shake was going on in the stock, for someone to come in and take this company away from you. I want no mercy from you, that is not what this post is about, and I don,t believe any of the others named do as well. You started losing your credibilty and defamation of your own accord, that may have damaged the company, and may have started long before Feb 2012 when you made a comment publicly to your shareholders that could have been considered a racial slur "go harrass an immigrant". A lot of shareholders took offence to that statement, I tried to even protect you then, because I really could not believe my ears, and thought it to be some kind of mistake, but after listening several times, and holding my breath that the stock didn,t go any lower, it turned out that was what you said. I believe you have hurt many shareholders and this company by that comment and your attitude of other comments in which you made. I have seen no public apology for what I consider a racial slur from you.

You know that defamation suits are hard to win, and you know that the possible evidence out there not in your favour most likely severly hampers your chances of winning. So I dont think thats what this claim is about, it would make more sense to me if this was a further treasury drain tactic, in which every shareholder should be calling the regulators about again, I might add, and/or a stall tactic for something, or possibly even intimidation.

I would expect the authorities to step in here very soon and uphold any integrity in the markets. By them allowing you to continue to hold office, along with your BOD, after you throwing away a 91% vote against you and the BOD, and to allow you to continue to deplete a treasury on ridiculous law suits, that is destroying this company, is setting a prime example for the rest of the markets.

I feel for you Lori, I truly do, and I feel more for the others you are involving. You seemed to destroy your own credibility and opened yourself up to multiple law suits, as well as many others that may be supporting you. Why anyone would take such drastic measures, is beyond me. My feelings are, that the Tesoro is most likely one of the biggest gold finds in history, and I will never change my mind on that, as well as many others.
