The only thing your 55% of total shares shows us is that even if ALL un-voted shares had been cast for white, it would have been impossible for the current BOD to win. This is very cut and dry.

I know for a fact that many un-voted shares would have been voted green, had they been cast. I know Hastman supporters who were unable to vote their shares for various reasons. If Every single outstanding share had been filled out on a proxy, the percentage would have been even higher than 55%. By how much? Who's to say.

Of the votes cast, 91% voted for change. Pure and simple, and should have been a done deal.

The company would be moving forward; it's not the dissidents holding things up.
