This is what people don't seem to get...she has no legal grounds to reject the proxy. She chaired the meeting and as the chair rejected the green proxy knowing that only a court order could overturn her personal independent decision. She is hoping that the green team runs out of money and goes away, all the while spending our company money to promote and protect her own position.

She flatly denied the green proxy even when the numbers showed that she received the fewest votes of ALL nominees, white or green. The arrogance of it all.

Had the green team accepted her proposal to put two nominees on the BOD, they would have likely been refused the information they wanted, just as previous directors were, and would then have been readily dismissed as they would be appointed directors, not elected. A no win situation for the green team.

As far as raising the much needed cash, our 20,000 m drill program was supposed to have been prepaid, and we were well financed to move forward, even according to the white circular. Where did the money go and why aren't we drilling if we have a new program and we prepaid to drill?

Current management must go.
