The dissident proxy was deficient in the opinion of the chair, the CEO who was directly involved in the proxy battle. How convenient. You would support that kind of management?

Quantec is debatable, but managements' lies to us about their involvement is not. HIGHLY debatable is managements' use of Quantecs' data. You would support that management?

Might I suggest a better forum for you to promote current management? Stockhouse is a good one and I believe The Primed Report has a blog for comments. Support of current management is not welcome here. We are fighting for the investment lives of 91% of the votes cast in the proxy battle...unfairly denied by a CEO who doesn't give a rats' behind about us.
