The only information you have "enlightened" us with is your motives. Your condescension is not appreciated or warranted.
"Spoiled" ballot or not, shareholders unequivocally want Lori gone, that fact cannot be contested. To dismiss the majority vote under the guise of protecting us from ourselves is insulting and unethical.
Don't kid yourself, many questions were asked, they were avoided by management. The resulting backlash from shareholders was not unpredictable.
Would it have been unreasonable to use Quantec's single best recommended location? Then run around punching random holes afterwards? At least one Quantec recommended hole would have been reasonable don't you think? Why spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on their analysis otherwise?
