Hey Folks;
I've been doing some thinking about some of the reasons I got into SLI, and one of my most dominant thoughts is the expertise that was there in the initial years.
Soooo-- one of the guys that most impressed me was a geologist by the name of "John Brophy" Initial investigations on him were---
1. Can we afford to hire Brophy---be real lucky to get him.
2. Will Brophy even come to work for this "no name" junior---
3. If there is anything there he will tell you,-- and he will tell you if there is not
4. has a natural "Nose for Gold"
and the list goes on and on.
We had one of the best---soooo--what ever happened to --- John Brophy.
Married a Peruvian lady, and assumedly took up citizenship there.
The rest becomes very vague as does the rest of the story----
But then thats the way Lori likes it----Pump and Dump.
Looking back and knowing what I know about her now-- I really don't believe this was suppossed to be a valid mine---just a stock play. That is what "Stock Brokers" do best.
I think the gold sample results from the actual shaft mining took her by surprise.
That is why she kicked out the miners that found the 25 oz's / tonne and then called up for a 43-101. Once she confimed the 43-101 at 19z's per tonne on the one sample----the Greed set in.
The rest is history as we know it.
We do have a mine---we do have a winner---all we have to do is get it under the "Shareholders Control" cuz the present management does't give a rip about us.
this is of course --all in my opinion
