You seriously think walking away is the best plan and that Fricken Lori cares enough about your investment value to bring up the sp in this short time frame you seem to have for yourself to "get out". The rest of us 91% want change and most want to get paid for the property. Just because all that is taking place is not open to the public just yet does not mean there is nothing going on. The pp isn't happening so where's your logic? Regardless if you want out...that doesn't speak for the others who support the green team.
