As it becomes more and more difficult for small exploration companies to raise cash for exploration, many are turning to China. With Chinas economy and growing wealth of the middle class, there is much funding to be utilized. I see where Chinese Mining Conferences are increasing and more and more companies making the trip there to access some of that money. That access to Chinese investors is becoming extremely more and more important for Canadian small Exploration companies that need funding, or else wither away. With the increase of corruption and the low degree of integrity in the Canadian markets, local investors see the high risk of investing and will not invest or even hauling their money out of the stock markets. Add on top of this the recent downgrade of 5 Canadian banks by Moody,s, it may suggest that Canadas economy is not as rosy as many think. Look at Alberta,s economy, a once debt free environment under Ralph Cline, has now turned into a deficit province with an intriguing budget on the way in March. The way the regulators are acting in our case, is substantial proof of the lessened integrity and is leading to hard times for our markets. Little guys are getting sick of the falsehoods presented by the regulators and governmental departments that say your money is safe and that they uphold integrity. The regulators and governments could be considered accomplices to the crime, for allowing so many retail investors to be robbed or taken advantage of by the big market players.

I so very much praise Murry and his team for going to China over a year ago and opening some doors for us that may be able to be accessed in the future once we get this company stabalized. Norm Mackinnon was there prior Murry,s trip and most likely created some interest that will help us, when put together with what Murry accomplished. It was a great thing for Murry and his team to have the foresight of getting our foot in the door in China. The rumour of a so called trusted shareholder downloading millions of shares and causing the severe Jan 2012 stock price drop because of the trip to China, was a totally reckless behaviour which suggests that investor should not have ever been that close to management or even in this stock. It was said that this guy that dumped, was a trusted investor before that, taking up places in PP,s and I believe it was a lame excuse for him to dump because of China and only shows his blatant demeanour and non supportiveness of this company. China will most likely play a part somewhat in this company going forward, and it will be, because of actions like the above and because of the low ability to raise funds from the market because of all the corruption allowed to continue in the markets. Don,t forget though, that we have many business men individuals of Alberta that will most likely contribute once this company is under control, as well as the rest of the provinces, right across this country of ours. So, I believe we have many options and will be able to get through this just fine depending on the regulators prompt action.

I suggest that if shareholders have some free time the rest of this week, to call the BCSC and add the new info you have and complain about this complete lack of upholding integrity in the markets as well as any other terms you may think of that apply to our situation. Also, call you MLA,s or who ever else you deem omportant. Tell them, its so simple, just remove the current BOD and institute the rightful BOD that was voted in by 91% of the total votes cast, if they want more, send them the hefty files we have comprised over the course of time. I was recently pleased to hear that an FA called to complain in our support. This is what we need, if you are a lurker here and have a job that may restrict you from offering your opinion to the securities, think again what you are doing by not standing up for what is right. Your boss won,t fire you, would your boss want his name in the news for firing someone who is standing up for what is right and just? If he/she does, then it only reveals their demeanour and could be damaging to themselves, in which they most likely would not want that embarrassment.
