Hey Folks;

Kinda goes without sayin---we're all a little nervous with the silence --or at least the lack of noise coming out of our Authorities at the BCSC amd the TSX. Even a little SCARY.

Government authorities are not like the rest of us---they are not in a hurry cuz they get paid --WIN --LOSE -- OR DRAW.

However-- in their defense--they are making decisions based on the "Law of the Land" and can't be expected to know every law and its ramifications. Thus--they need legal council, and a Minister in charge of that jurisdiction of the law, before the are allowed to pass that decision on to you and me. That takes time and hence the SILENCE.

I will guarantee you that if we had "No Chance" of winning this proxy battle with a 91% majority, we would have heard from them by now or even sooner.

Soooo---silence could very well be in our favor---but we have to prepare for the worst just in case we have to let the courts decide who is right.

Even if we have to take the long road home to victory---WE WILL WIN--democracy is on our side--- we don't live in Syria where you can be shot for expressing your rights to fairness.

Stick with your efforts, both verbally and financially---I believe we are verrrrry,very close to having this all come to a victorious end.
