I was under the impression if the money is not used it will be returned as well as if things improve enough with our situation the money would be repayed in time. Someone correct me if im wrong. Bottom line if you dont contribute and we dont reach our goal you may as well bend over regarding what youve invested. It sucks but the reality is Lori has already announced her intentions to thoroughly dilute you with her requested pp. Either fight for your democratic rights or roll over and hope for the best with the current illegal(imo) management.. Personally id rather put in a few bucks more now then see what ive invested become worth a fraction of what it already has become. Since I am not willing to give up on the tesoro this is how I see it. Pay a little now or be forced to spend way more on more shares to compensate for the impending massive dilution. Going this route would require trusting these same people with way more of your money. Lori is using the cost of court to try and steal your right to a majority vote. Its the most unethical immoral tactic she could possibly use that I can think of. Its quite disgusting actually and these people should be ashamed to call themselves Canadian. Id love to see them all dealt with in a non democratic way. Have an invested immigrant from a communist country decide their fate. I guarentee their tune would change in a heartbeat. Suddenly they would want all "their" rights recognized. All in my PO'd opinion of course.
