Especially under the current circumstances where you clearly need all the PR help and trust you can scrape together. The concerned shareholders will get in and what has transpired will be revealed. If there's nothing to hide and you've done nothing wrong what's the problem with proving it. I don't want the excuse that you don't legally have to show us more because the reality is you've already lost this battle and coming clean is really you're only hope of minimizing your own fate.
