I'm not well versed in these things but to me it looks like she trying to save face by offering them positions, but how I see the "5th" director coming in is to give her the majority. She says they (Gil/Darcy) can choose someone from the "WHITE" proxy to elect. But in my eyes that will still give her a 3-2 vote. Does that make sense?? I might be missing something but I do think she trying what she can to stay attached to this worthless company!! But is it really worthless...??!!??!? I sure don't think so and for Lori to be doing what she can to keep it, I'm guessing she doesn't think so either. IMO On a side note, I was hoping to attend Spruce Grove bb but can't make it.
