Once again, I have to shake my head at the antics of our CEO.

If she did indeed offer Gil and Darcy a board position, I APPLAUD them for turning it down. We already had a minority directorship (Murry) that fought for the shareholders interests, and look what she did to him. I find it appalling that she would think that they would even consider such an absurd offer, not to mention that I'm sure that Gil and Darcy have no interest in working with immoral and unjust people.
