On the fund raising, I encourage for every shareholder to keep contributing to this fund as fluently as they can, if it is not needed in the near future, it can always be returned to you. This is an amazing thing that we shareholders are doing by building this "war chest" which is only strengthening our position further in regards of meaning serious business. The RCMP may undoubtedly be entering the picture in the future, whereas the whole scenario appears to be breaching other laws of our society, and the Vancouver department has a branch that deals with this type of situation in the markets. Things are developing and many seeds have been planted, its now time to nuture these many seeds and watch them grow quickly, whereas time is of the essence on our part to get this company back on track. There is a huge hostile takeover attempt of Inmet by First Quantum, a huge copper resource worth around 5 billion dollars, that is not fully developed, yet First Quantum wants it. This signifies the thirst for metals, not only gold, but copper as well. There are some mentionable copper grades showing up on the Tesoro as well as possible economical copper being on our Cueava Blanca property.The geophysics of the Tesoro suggest to me at least one copper porphyry and possible many, along with all the gold. We have to get in there drilling asap and start pouring some of these results out to the market in this time of great wanton for valuable resources.

Civil litigation by shareholders can continue while we are working our properties and advancing them, or be launched at a later date if desired. We have to start releasing value from our properties as soon as possible to get the sp up and allow us to repair the damages that seem to have been caused to our present treasury by the current BOD.
